Now we are going to need everybody’s help to make the Bazaar a Success! In addition to Vendors & Entertainers, We need folks that are willing to help with setting-up & break-down, as it is crucial that we get in & out of the Armory within the set amount of time. We will also need  kitchen, decorating, and clean-up help 🙂 We will need Baked Goods for the Bake Sale, if anyone is great at making soup  & is willing to donate a crock pot full that would be just out of this world 😉 Coffee would be great also…… we do have use of  the Armory’s large coffee pots.

If you would like to get involved  It’s really important that you try your best to come to the Sanctuary’s Business meeting next Sunday as well as the trash pick up beforehand & please watch for info coming over the yahoo group as well as the Sanctuary’s Site!

The National Guardsmen at the armory that we’re having the event at need a refrigerator. Theirs died and the state is refusing to replace it because of funds. If you know of one that can be donated, please let Willow or Raven know. If you don’t know of one, please remember this outreach need at your altar time. Thanks for your help so far and all your future help!
